The first design step is the definition of personas, in line with the value propositions.

The distribution channels follow naturally from these analyses.

The next step is to test the branded offer and, if necessary, to adjust it.

The brand launch is based on the projections and feedback from distributors and customers in the test phase.

This methodology is applied for our first brand launch and for the following brands that will enter the distribution channels during 2021.
